Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.14 version,  Compensation Workbench

When attempting to run Participation Process: Compensation Workbench for a new compensation period defined earlier,
the following error occurs in the child process log.

ERROR
BENMNGLE has been run in selection mode and cannot find the required seeded life events in order to run.
Please consult with your support representative.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using HRMS Administrator responsibility-> go to Processes and reports-> Submit Processes and Reports
2. Submit a new concurrent request as below:
      Concurrent name: Participation Process: Compensation Workbench
      Effective Date: 01-JAN-YYYY
      Validate: Commit, database will be updated
      Group Plan Name: <Group Plan Name>
      Period: <select newly defined CWB period>
3. Check for the concurrent log files and observed above error
