On : 12.2.11 version, Other issues

When attempting to search Requisitions in iProcurement, the following error is encountered 

ERROR

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError, msg=oracle.apps.icx.por.common.PorSystemInfo.isIGTEnabled()Z
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:888)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperInvocationTargetException(OAException.java:1011)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Us IProcurement Specialist responsibility ->Iprocurement home page -> Click on Requisition tab –> Click on Search
2. Enter the Search criteria like "Requisition Created By", "Requisition Status"
3. Click on Go Button
4. Receive the above exception
