Performance Issue or Unexpected Error When Updating the Business Purpose Details Section in the Customer Form (Doc ID 2862133.1)

When attempting to navigate to the Business Purpose Details section in Customer form, the following error occurs:

Also, poor performance was detected when search on Accounting section under Business Purpose Details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

RESPONSIBILITY: Receivables Manager
NAVIGATION: Customers > Standard > Enter Customer
1. Click on Go
2. Account section click on Details
3. Account Sites section click on Details
4. Click on Business Purposes tab
5. Click on Details
