End Dated Memo Lines Are Still Appearing (Doc ID 2863195.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has end dated few Memo lines from Receivables, but its still appearing and allowing User to select for non promotional claim lines. It previously worked.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Receivables -> Setup -> Transactions -> Memo Lines
2. Query a memo lines and put an end date and save
3. Login to Trade Management->claims
4. Query a claim -> Non promotion
5. Add a new line
6. Under Item Type , put Standard Memo Lines
7. Under Line/Product LOV, the end-dated memo line still appears
