When Using Web ADI to Create or Update a Price List Line it Does Not Automatically Trigger QP: Bulk Import Of Price List (Doc ID 2863868.1)

Find that QP: Bulk Import of Price List is not automatically submitted when trying to create or update data using WebADI

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. As responsibility Pricing User
  select 'Lists' icon
  Wed ADI: Update Modifier
  select 'Go'

2. Content Parameters
  List Header IDs:
  Update Headers:
  select 'Go'

3. Viewer: Excel xxx
  select 'Next'

4. Select 'Upload' from toolbar
  Upload Parameters
  Rows to Upload: Flagged Rows
  Select 'Upload'

  receive confirmation:
  The upload process has completed with the following status:(Note that this upload involved two steps:
  upload of rows to intermediate staging tables, followed by upload to the final application tables.
  Upload validation errors can occur in either step)
  -- data imports
  -- 20 row(s) successfully uploaded.
  
  Please select close to return to the spreadsheet

5. Select responsibility 'Oracle Pricing Manager'
   Navigate to Modifiers
   Query the modifier, select 'Go'
   it does not show the updated values

6. Found that Concurrent program 'QP: Bulk Import of Price List' was not submitted
