Symptoms

After logging into the application using a new custom responsibility,

The following error raises when click on Invoices, from the "ECC Dashboard":

The invoices function is not available under the [New Custom Responsibility Name] Responsibility

Findings and Recommendations:
Please apply the required ECCv5 EBS Technology Stack PreReq patches, for release 12.2.9 have are missing.
ADADMIN: Maintain Snapshot Information was executed 5 days ago.
It is recommended that AD Utilities (Adadmin) "Maintain Snapshot Information" is run periodically as key tools (Patch Wizard, ADPatch,etc) rely on this information being accurate and up-to-date.
