Symptoms

Journals WEBADI upload just hangs with the message Upload Processing after upgrade to 12.2.10

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Web ADI spreadsheet through Desktop Integration-> Create Document by choosing appropriate integrator and layout
2. Fill in the required details in the created WEBADI document and upload
3. Process hangs and does not send journal
