Symptoms

Attempting to create a new WebADI Excel template and the following error is seen as a pop up form error in Excel and it is preventing the
template from being created:

Error
The following error has occurred
Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException - Error loading class:
Log File Bookmark: 719714


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Desktop Integration responsibility.
2. Select Create Document from the menu.
3. Choose the Integrator and select next, fill out the parameters as needed. Select the Create Document button.
4. Excel will open and attempt to create the template, this is when the error pop up dialog box is seen with the following error:

Due to this issue, the template cannot be created so data cannot be uploaded.
