Projects - Transaction Import Integrator Web ADI Spreadsheet Project list of values (LOV) displays projects within and outside of the operating unit (OU) selected.
It is expected to view only projects related to the operating unit selected in the header.

Steps:

1. Navigation using Projects Self Service Web Apps based responsibility, Navigate to Projects: Spreadsheet Expenditure Entry
2. Select Integrator name: Projects - Transaction Import
3. Select viewer: Excel xxxx
4. Select layout: [LAYOUTNAME]
5. Spreadsheet created
6. Enter operating unit name; transaction source name; batch name; expenditure type class; ... the org_id will self populate;
7. Select the spreadsheet project LOV
