FRM-40735 Error Occurs After Checking View Details of Scheduled Request Set

Symptoms
After applying Patch 32615378, get an FRM-40735 error when close the View Details screen for a scheduled request set.
After that, if click the "Refresh data" button or the "x" at the top right of the screen, "Do you want to save the change you have made?" is displayed.
If you click "Yes", "FRM-40400: Transaction complete: 1 records applied and saved." is displayed.
If you click No, the request set Phase/Status changes to Inactive/On Hold.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Schedule a request set.
2.Search for the Pendin / Scheduled request set and click the "View Details" button to "Update Request Set" open.
3.Click the "Refresh data" button or the "x" at the top right of the screen. FRM-40735 error is displayed.
4.After that, click the "Refresh data" button or the "x" at the top right of the screen."Do you want to save the change you have made?" is displayed .
5.If click "Yes", "FRM-40400: Transaction complete: 1 records applied and saved." is displayed.
6.If click No, the request set Phase/Status changes to Inactive/On Hold.
