Problem Summary
---------------
Unable to find vendor in the List Of Values (LOV) of Supplier Name on Bill Of Entry (BOE) form. This is observed for specific vendor.

Steps for replication
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create new BOE.
    Oracle Financials for India-> Transactions-> Enter Bill Of Entry

2. Try to search vendor in the LOV of Supplier Name field and observe same is not appearing in the list.
