When Assigning Items To a Unit Configuration Position, The 'Assign Item' Region Is Not Displaying Any Records. (Doc ID 2865551.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When assigning items to a Unit Configuration Position, the 'Assign Item' region is not displaying any records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the 'Assign Item' region should be displaying the items.

STEPS
1. Login to Oracle apps
2. R) CMRO -> Configuration -> Unit Configuration -> Search Unit Configuration.
3) Edit > Select the Empty Position. After selecting the empty positions, the Assign Item region is not showing any item instances.

This issue is found on some occasions and can't be reproduced at will.
