Column Freeze Functionality Only Freezes the Headers instead of the Entire Column (Doc ID 2866025.1)

Symptoms


In Framework Code Level 12.2.10, When trying to freeze columns using Rich Table Interactions, some tables are found to only freeze the table Header instead of the entire column.

When the Scrollbar is used, the Inner Rows shift without the Headers making it impossible to read the data.

The issue was noticed when a user navigated to Compensation Workbench for Administrators > Allocate Compensation then tried to freeze columns in "Employee Allocations" table.
