Current Behavior
The Supplier Forecast in scheduler workbench is showing 0 quantity, for Release section for few items.

Expected Behavior
The Supplier Forecast in scheduler workbench will show the quantity for Release section for all the items.

Steps To Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Supplier Scheduling Responsibility --> Open scheduler workbench
2. Query the problematic item
3. Find that the scheduler workbench is showing 0 quantity for Release section.
