Unable To Export to Excel In Territory Management

Symptoms
Unable to export to Excel in Territory Management, clicking on the export icon results in an error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the profile FND: Enable BNE Table Integration
2. Navigate to Territory Manager > Territory Management > Territory Administration > Territories
3. Navigate to 'Territory Types' tab > Territory Types Search section > Populate the following fields:
- Operating Unit:
- Usage:
- Transaction:
4. Click "Go"
5. Click on the icon to export the table data to Excel
6. Error is received.
