Following 12.2 Upgrade Cycle Count Approval Not Saving The Reasons/References Correctly (Doc ID 2867529.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Cycle Count

Actual Behavior
Following upgrade to 12.2.10 approval not saving the Reasons/References correctly.

Even we are entering the Reference and Reason filed while approving the Cycle count it is not saving /updating in the material transactions table.

Expected Behavior
Expect reason to be recorded for Cycle Count entries.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Perform Cycle Count and be sure to confirm Reason was entered
  2. Check Material Transactions after Cycle Count and find that there is no value seen in the Reason field even after entering Reason at the time of the Cycle Count.
