Symptoms
When applying patch 31817501:12.2.0 Consolidated patch for EBS System Schema Migration via ADOP, the patch fails with the following error:

ORA-02303: cannot drop or replace a type with type or table dependents
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to apply patch 31817501:12.2.0 Consolidated patch for EBS System Schema Migration using ADOP
2. This error will occur during the Apply Phase (ADOP phase=apply)
3. Review patch log file to see specific error
