Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Workflow Mailer

Workflow notifications not send

When send any mails from Workflow Mailer, it is not delivered.

ERROR

Updating notification {12783293} status {null} {} {com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 530 5.7.57 Client not authenticated to send mail

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send Test email to the User.
2. Email notification is failed to send

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive email notifcation.
