Is there any option to hide the sender details in the Application Details >Communication page region for external applicants in iRecruitment?

Navigation Steps:

1. Login in EBS iRecruitment External Site as external candidate

2. Go to Jobs->Jobs Applied For

3. For one of the application available, click on Application details

4. Select the Communication tab

Goal: User must not be able to see the Sender and Created by columns for the messages received.
