Workflow Notification Cannot Add Attachments Error -Your Login Session Has Expired. (Doc ID 2870813.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.2.11, when user opens ISP Invoice Notification from worklist and tries to upload/add attachment, the following error appears:

Error: Cannot Display Page
You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page data:
-Your login session has expired.
-A system failure has occurred.

Steps:

Logon to applications

Open ISP Invoice Notification from worklist

Upload/add attachment

Changes

 upgrade to 12.2.11
