On : 12.1.3 version, WEB UI Issuse

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Buyer Work Center, the Ordered field in the Receipt page shows rounded value

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Ordered field in the Receipt page should decimal value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Buyer Work Center
2. Open the PO - 5284446
3. Check the Receipt - 20576520 associated to the PO
4. Observed the Ordered field is shown as 11.0
5. Ordered Quantity is 10.5 in Purchase Order page but getting rounded to 11.0 in Receipt page
