ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to process a product change rebook to update the financial product on the contract there is an issue completing the contract activation when there is an Investor Agreement attached.

Sometimes the financial product change needs to be processed because of the Investor Agreement.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to activate the contract.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Lease Super User > Customers > Contracts
2.Revise > Product Change
3.Update the Financial Product
4.Contract Activation will fail
5.Contract is still in Booked status
6.Quote will remain in accepted status
7.Rebook contract is in Approved status
