In Oracle iSupplier Portal, Users Cannot Customize The Notification Message In Change Order Workflow (Doc ID 2871684.1)

Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  

Users are unable to modify the POSCHORD workflow.
When attempting to change the subject of the POSCHORD workflow notification "Notify Supplier Changes Responded" (NOTIFY_SUP_CHG_RESPONDED)
that is sent to the supplier, application does not allow for any modifications to be done.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the POSCHORD workflow should allow for modifications to be performed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the POSCHORD.wft file
2. Open the above workflow file using Workflow Builder
3. Navigate to the notification message "Notify Supplier Changes Responded" (NOTIFY_SUP_CHG_RESPONDED)
4. Attempt to update the subject of the notification and observe the application does not allow for any modification on this specific workflow file.
