ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Define Recurring Journal formula form is listing all ledgers regardless of the responsibility assigned to one specific ledger in GL: Data Access Sets profile.

EX:
Responsibility: US XXX GL User
Profile: Assigned to US XXX Ledger

But while defining Recurring journal all ledgers are listed in the Ledger field, not just US XXX Ledger

Expect only the ledger assigned to the data access set to display

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into General ledger as a problem user
2. Journal>Define>Recurring (GLXRJDEF)
3. Ledger field displays all ledgers.
