After Running The Projects G-Invoicing ECC Data Load No Data Is Visible In The G-Invoicing Dashboard (Doc ID 2871881.1)

Symptoms

After applying patch:33812150 and running the concurrent program Projects G-Invoicing ECC Data Load, no data is visible in the G-Invoicing dashboard.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Using a Projects Federal responsibility, navigate to Other-->Requests-->Run

2.  Select Name = Projects G-Invoicing ECC Data Load and Submit.

3.  Once the process completes navigate to G-Invoicing -->Invoicing Dashboard.
