PAXINEAG: Unable To View Project While Funding Project From Agreement (Doc ID 2871982.1)

When attempting to query project in funding screen,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid Value for field PROJECT_NUMBER

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Project responsibility

2. Navigate to Billing > Agreement

3. Query Agreement number and click on Funding button.

4. Query for project number.
