Symptoms

After upgrading to Release 12.2 , the concurrent process PRC: Interface Supplier Costs or PRC: Transaction Import completed with the error below presented in the log file.

MSG-20003: ORA-20003: import1_prog:ORA-00001: unique constraint (PA.PA_TRANSACTION_XFACE_CTRL_U1) violated After calling pre_import Extension SQL COUNT 1

ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_TRX_IMPORT"


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go into the Project responsibility
2. Run the concurrent process PRC: Interface Supplier Costs and check the log file

-or -

2.  Run the concurrent process PRC: Transaction Import and check the log file
