Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2 Application's version, the concurrent process PAAPIMP_SI: PRC: Interface Supplier Costs completed with the error below presented in the log file.



ERROR
MSG-20003: ORA-20003: import1_prog:ORA-00001: unique constraint (PA.PA_TRANSACTION_XFACE_CTRL_U1) violated After calling pre_import Extension
SQL COUNT 1 ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_TRX_IMPORT"


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go into the Project responsibility
2. Run the concurrent process PRC: Interface Supplier Costs and check the log file
