PAXINEVT: Export of Events to Excel Spreadsheet does not Export All Rows from the Events Review Form. (Doc ID 2872154.1)

Symptoms

Exporting of events to an Excel spreadsheet from the Events Review form does not export all rows.  Rows with double quotes (") in the 'Description' field are not exported.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Projects responsibility
2.  Events | Project
3.  Once on the Event Summary form, select 'Export' from the File drop down menu
4.  Once the data is exported, note the events that include double quotes (") in the 'Description' field are not downloaded
