Symptoms

When running the IEX: Strategy Management program, the following error occurs:

 --where 1234 represents the specific operating unit


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collections > Submit Request

  1. Run the IEX: Strategy Management program for a specific operating unit
