Symptoms
Order transactions are completed and processing for invoicing.
This order nnnnnn068 has 5 lines and all lines had 1 delivery
and 1 trip, but still the 2 invoices were created for the same.
Expecting 1 invoice to be created since there is 1 delivery
and 1 trip stop for all the lines.
