Symptoms

When logging in with any user, having enabled Single Sign On (SSO) and Oracle Identity (OID) on provisioning 4. encounter the following errors in popup errors and log files:

WORKAROUND
---------------------------
Set the profile, under System Administrator responsibility- Profile / System:
'Signon Password No Reuse' to 0 (normally set to some number)

Changes

Upgrade to EBS R12.2.10 from R12.1.3.

Also applied the following patch which delivered file AFSCJAV8.pls    120.18.12020000.65.

<Patch 32357755:R12.FND.C> SYSADMIN (WHEN PASSWORD REUSE IS ON) PASSWORD CHANGE DOES NOT WORK AFTER UPGRADE FROM R12.1.3 TO R12.2.10
