ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that when billing usage lines, the Main Billing Program is interfacing extra usage lines into AR interface table.
  
When billing this contract, it would be expected that only one line will interface into AR. However, two lines are interfacing into AR. One line with a Zero Quantity value with a Unit Price equal to the Price Break Unit Price and then a second line with the Counter Reading value in the Quantity field and the Price Break value in the Unit Price.

When billing this contract, it would be expected that only one line will interface into AR.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Service contract manager responsibility, author a contract with usage lines.
2. Activate the contract
3. Perform counter reading.
4. Run Main billing and look at the AR Interface table, you will see 2 rows.
