Error while creating new Proposal from eBusiness Center form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Telesales Superuser (R) -> eBusiness Center, select the Organization
2. Go to Proposal (Tab) and select New (B)
3. System gives error as "APP-AST-207350: You not not have the access privileges to view details for.
