Payroll ECC Data Load Fails with ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded (Doc ID 2873327.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run Payroll ECC Data Load, child process "ECC Run Data Load" fails with the following error.

There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule pay_gen_ecc_data_load.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset pay-dashboard for job 45,735 ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1

ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as HRMS Manager responsibility

  2. Submit "Payroll ECC Data Load"
    (N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
     
  3.  The child process "ECC Run Data Load" fails with the error.
