Symptoms

When attempting to review resource usage for workplan, the following error occurs.

ERROR

ResourceUsageCO:: ResourceUsageWorkPlanVO is empty for project 498082 version 642300


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility
2. Navigate to Projects: Delivery > Search Projects
3. Query Project Number and go Workplan > Resource Usages
