Terminate Expired Contract program error while processing Evergreen contracts

Please run Accruals till Contract End-Date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lease Super User (R) -> View -> Requests.
2. Run program Terminate Expired Contracts program which ended in error.
