Deliver Transaction Error: Derive_trans_del_line_quantity-098: 100 In RCVTP (Doc ID 2873553.1)

Symptoms

Actual behavior

After upgrade to R12.2, users are trying to perform ACCEPT and DELIVER transactions but
the DELIVER transaction fails due to below error:

derive_trans_del_line_quantity-098: 100

Message Type: ERROR
Message: Receipt Number : 2414277 ,Station : DFW - Error: derive_trans_del_line_quantity-098: 100

Cause: A SQL error has occurred in derive_trans_del_line_quantity. The SQL error is ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-01403: no data found.

Action: Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform. Contact your system administrator for further assistance.

Corrective Action: Contact your System Administrator.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Insert data records into receiving transactions interface (accept and deliver)
2. Submit receiving transaction processor
