Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, HTML Requests-Demand work bench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Buyer assigned requisition is still fetched in the search , irrespective of the Unassigned parameter is set as Yes or No.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Requisition should be fetched which are unassigned,

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the Purchasing responsibility
2. From the demand work bench
3. Search the requisition with unassigned flag as Yes or No
