GST: Unable To Take Process Claim For RCM Tax Related Manual AP Invoice (Doc ID 2873681.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While clicking on Process Button on Process claim form, AP Invoice with RCM Taxes are not getting processed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to process the unclaimed AP invoices with RCM tax.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India Responsibility.
2. Go to Process Recovery > Search for AP Invoice with RCM Taxes on Process claim form.
3. Select the AP Invoice and click on Process.
4. Observe that neither the claim is processed nor any error is observed.
