Why is there missing data in next columns:

GL_JE_LINES.GL_SL_LINK_TABLE -----------------> NULL
GL_JE_LINES.GL_SL_LINK_ID ---------------------> NULL

while next columns are populated with reference data?

GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES.GL_SL_LINK_TABLE --------------> populated
GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES.GL_SL_LINK_ID -----------------> populated

This can cause internal reports to return no data neither.
