On : 12.2.10 version, Invoices

The Process "PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices for a Single Project" completed with error: ORA-01858


ERRORS:
ORACLE error during DRAFT INVOICE GENERATION (cursor=25 code=-1858: ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expec)
Unable to complete Invoice detail process.
ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_INVOICE_DETAIL_PROCESS", line 2537
ORA-06512: at line 1
