Unable to Display Closed Invoices in the Advanced Collections Transactions Tab in 12.2.11 (Doc ID 2874655.1)

Symptoms

In 12.2.11, closed transactions are not displaying in the Transactions tab of Advanced Collections.  When selecting the 'Include Closed' checkbox and clicking on 'Display', the checkbox for 'Include Closed' is removed by the system, and no closed
transactions are shown.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collections

  1. Click on the Transactions tab, select the 'Include Closed' checkbox, then click 'Display'.
  2. The checkbox for 'Included Closed' is automatically removed, and no closed transactions are displayed.
