Reverse Charge Mechanism(RCM) Invoices are not Available in the Process Recovery Form for Process Claim. (Doc ID 2874776.1)

Not able to search RCM Invoices in the Process Recovery form.
The system should allow to process claim for the RCM invoices.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India Responsibility.
 2. Recovery Management-> Process Recovery.
 3. Enter RCM invoice number and click on 'Find' button.
 4. No record appeared for the searched Invoice.
