Viewing Concurrent Requests Outputs in Request Run Form (FNDRSRUN) Generates FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502 Error (Doc ID 2874965.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Other Issues

Migrated environment from On Premise Solaris to Cloud and performing health checks.
When submitting a request using the Request Run (FNDRSRUN) form, it completes with Normal status.
However when attempting to view the output by selecting the View Output button in the form, it generates the error below:
FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
Other forms do not generate the error. Error only generates when using the FNDRSRUN form.

Performed a Forms Runtime Diagnostics (FRD) trace below:




Steps to Replicate:

----------------------


1.  Navigate to Request -> Run -> Select a request to run (for example Active Users Report).

2.  Click the Submit button.

3.  It completes with Normal status.

4.  Click the View Output button.

5.  The error is generated in the form.
