Payroll Dashboard: There is No Drilldown to Assignment Process Records in Payroll Process Details Section (Doc ID 2876249.1)

The Process Monitor tab of the Payroll Dashboard does not provide any drilldown information to assignment process records in the Payroll Process Details section.

Assignment Process Details shows two messages:

"You can view details for processes with errored assignments."

"All Assignments processed successfully for this Process."

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent
2. Navigate: Payroll Dashboard -> Payroll Dashboard -> Process Monitor
3. Select Assignment process in Payroll Process Details process section
4. Assignment Process Details shows messages but no details.
