Return Order Approvals using AME is not working and Sales Order getting Booked (Doc ID 2876835.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Return Sales Orders is not waiting for Approval through AME and getting Booked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Order to wait for Approver approving before the Sales Order status changes to Booked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
4. Enter an Return Sales Order and Book the Order.
5. Expect the Order to wait for Approval.
6. Order is Booked instead without waiting for approval.
