When trying to implement a financial impact from a change order of a project the following error is encountered on the page:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Projects: Delivery > Search Project

2. Query the project.

3. Open the project and select the Control tab.

4. Select the Change Orders subtab.

5. Select the 'Implement Impact' pencil icon.

6. Click the 'Implement Financial Impact' button.
