G-Invoicing Performance obligation Line is not populating Servicing agency BETC (Business Event Type Code)

Push Order Acceptance failing due to missing BETC when called using the API to update POBG (Performance Obligations) Line.
BETC value as parameter is needed to api call PA_IGT_EXT_API_PUB .IGT_UPD_POBG_LINES().
