Symptoms

BI-Publisher report is showing discrepancies after upgrading the BIP to version 12.2.1.4 and DB is running on Oracle 19.13 version.

The report is generated with null values in-stead of zero "0" for Total/Summation.

Changes

 Upgraded the BIP to 12.2.1.4 version
