Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Demand Processor Related Issue
When attempting to process relesae management planning schedule
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error :: Cannot derive Customer Id based on specified TP Translator Code <translator_code> and Customer Ship To <ship_to>.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create one Trading Partner with some Translator Code
2. Create one more Trading Partner with Same Translator Code.
3. Through Demand Transactions on the menu, navigate to the Submit Requests window.
4. Select Single Request.
5. Select Release Management Demand Processor
